A downloadable dream

I told you to leave the dream... So why did you come back?

An Unusual Dream is a side scrolling platformer made in scratch about 2 green cubes with arms and legs navigating a very UNUSUAL dream.

This game is extremely difficult and rage inducing (according to my playtesters) so here is a video of proof that you can complete the game:


This is an earlier version of the game but the difficulty is the same. Also one of the playtesters spent their entire weekend trying to complete this game on easy mode (they failed lol).

It is recommended that you keep your computers volume down while playing the game because of the fact that this game can get loud at time (especially at the jumpscares).

All of the art, most of the code, all of the music, and pretty much everything other than the small bit of code from Griffpatch was made by me. If any of my content is stolen, you will be reported.

Install instructions

Create a folder and call it 'An Unusual Dream', then go over to the zip file and extract the contents of it into the 'An Unusual Dream file', then go into the new 'An Unusual Dream' file and double click the .exe file, the game should run and you should be good to go!

If you are on Linux, using WINE will not work.  If this is the case play the browser version of the game but it will run alot slower.  https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/449803879/
